01 . an animation of my conceptual prototype - AR experience Pencil (iOS) .
The origin of this conceptual prototype came from being curious to experiment with blending physical & digital (nft) art. As well as, from my love for the work of @DRIFT.
Over a year ago, this resulted in an AR Experience of DRIFT ‘s - Drifter. Though, to push myself and technology a bit more, I recently played with geometrical nodes & particles system, or in this case swarm’s.
Being inspired by these movement of nature, I looked with new eyes at DRIFT - Materialism. Which all came together in this fully functional conceptual prototype, of which an animation is shown here - the AR experience Pencil (iOS).

The initial idea arose from a personal passion to stay on top of the latest technical developments. In this case, to learn and stay skilled with the latest possibilities of combining different AR (software & hardware) tools. Within this, to visualize and quickly build 3D models I find great excitement. As well as a necessity, to be able to rapit prototype. Mostly within the ideation fase, but also to build proofs of concept throughout the entire design approach. .
